These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the FintrayOne website and services ("Platform"), operated by FintrayOne ("FintrayOne", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or joining the referral program, you agree to these Terms.
1. About FintrayOne
FintrayOne sells Ebook and operates a referral program that pays commission to users who refer paying customers through a unique referral link.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase products or participate in the referral program. If you are between 13–18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
3. Ebooks
- All products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment.
- A licence to use a purchased product is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files you purchase.
- Product descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of listing and may be updated without prior notice; changes will not affect products already purchased.
4. Referral program
- Joining the referral program is free. You will be issued a unique referral link/code tied to your account.
- Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net sale value (excluding taxes and payment gateway charges) of purchases completed through your referral link, at the rate applicable to your current tier.
- Commission is credited to your FintrayOne account balance ("passbook") once the underlying transaction is confirmed and any applicable refund window has passed.
- Self-referrals, use of fake or duplicate accounts, coupon stacking abuse, spam, or misleading advertising to generate referrals are prohibited. FintrayOne may withhold commission, reverse credited amounts, or suspend accounts found in violation.
- FintrayOne may change commission tiers or rates prospectively, with notice on the Platform.
5. Payments & payouts
All payments on the Platform are processed by our payment partner. FintrayOne does not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. Referral payouts are transferred to the bank account or UPI ID you provide, subject to the minimum payout threshold stated on the Platform and standard payment processing timelines.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds for Ebook are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a purchase made through a referral link is refunded, any commission credited for that sale will be reversed from the referrer's balance.
7. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the referral program, and may withhold any pending commission connected to the violation.
8. Limitation of liability
FintrayOne provides products and services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FintrayOne is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of .
